Warner Chappell COO and Co-Chair Carianne Marshall to Depart

Warner Music Group announced that Carianne Marshall will transition out of her role as COO and Co-Chair of Warner Chappell Music at the end of this month. This move follows seven years of service and aims to streamline the company's leadership structure. Consequently, Guy Moot, the current CEO of the publishing division, will assume the position of sole chairman of Warner Chappell Music, consolidating the leadership of the organization as Marshall departs her executive post.
