Terence Winter, Dan Farah Team to Develop Series Based on UAP Memoir ‘Out of the Shadows’

Terence Winter and Dan Farah are partnering to develop a TV series based on the memoir Out of the Shadows by former senior U.S. intelligence official Jay Stratton. Published by William Morrow, the book explores Stratton's experiences investigating unidentified anomalous phenomena (UAP) and non-human intelligent life. Winter, known for Tulsa King, will adapt the account of Stratton's role as a central figure in the modern U.S. Government investigations into these phenomena for the upcoming screen production.
