The West End revival of Stephen Sondheim and James Lapine's Sunday in the Park with George has been delayed. Producer Empire Street Productions announced via Instagram that the planned 2027 release will no longer proceed as scheduled following the exits of Ariana Grande and Jonathan Bailey. While the company retains the rights, reports indicate they are actively searching for replacements. This follows Grande's previous statement regarding her intention to take a step back from her public life.
