Remember big box PC games? GOG’s bringing them back, sort of

GOG is reviving nostalgia for classic PC gaming by introducing downloadable 3D models and printable, high-resolution packaging scans. This initiative allows users to recreate the iconic big box packaging common before the era of Steam. Currently, the Printable Big Box collection includes five titles: Armikrog, Descent, Hitman: Codename 47, Myst, and Star Trek: 25th Anniversary. These assets are available on the GOG store, complementing the platform's ongoing efforts to preserve classic DRM-free games for modern hardware.
