Postal Worker Says He Threw Out Hundreds of Ballots Out of “Laziness”

The Justice Department indicted former USPS mail carrier Damon Matai Seei for discarding approximately 300 mail-in ballots in Eagle Mountain, Utah. Court documents reveal Seei threw the ballots and advertisements into a church parking lot dumpster to lighten his heavy workload on June 3 due to laziness. Consequently, many voters failed to receive their ballots for the June 23 primary election, preventing some from voting. Seei is now facing charges in the U.S. District Court in Utah.
