Police: Man arrested after more than 11 hours in standoff

Law enforcement agencies conducted two separate operations on Monday. In Buffalo, New York, East Aurora Police and SWAT arrested a man following a standoff lasting nearly 12 hours on Boies Road. Meanwhile, in Larkspur, the Central Marin Police Authority arrested a man spotted carrying what appeared to be a rifle near South Eliseo Drive and Ladderman Lane. Authorities in California are currently seeking additional public information regarding the incident that began around 4:24 a.m. on Monday morning.
