Next Minecraft update teased with Ice Caves and Frozen Zombies

Mojang announced a new Minecraft Game Drop during Minecraft Live on September 26, scheduled for release in December 2026. This update introduces Ice Caves, a rare underground extension of cold biomes containing ice crystals. The update adds environmental variety to snowy regions and introduces a new hostile mob called Frozen Zombies.
