Mikie Sherrill refuses to provide DOJ with info about the 6,600 non-citizens erroneously registered to vote in New Jersey

New Jersey has removed thousands of individuals mistakenly registered to vote. Meanwhile, Mikie Sherrill is refusing to provide the DOJ with specific information regarding 6,600 non-citizens erroneously registered in the state. Assistant Attorney General Harmeet Dhillon of the DOJ’s Civil Rights Division requested names, addresses, and nationalities of these individuals. It is believed that 400 of these non-citizens cast ballots. The request was issued to the Democratic governor on July 21 with a five-day deadline.
