Man struck, nearly run over in road rage confrontation at SoCal shopping plaza

A violent road rage confrontation occurred Thursday afternoon at a Pico Rivera shopping center on Whittier Boulevard. Following a parking lot fender bender, one driver broke both side mirrors off another vehicle. The second driver then accelerated, striking and nearly running over the first man. Shocking video captured the incident at the busy Southern California shopping plaza. The dispute eventually ended in an apology after the physical escalation and the dangerous attempt to run over the individual.
