A 37‑year‑old man was stabbed on the Red Line platform at 521 N. State St. in River North late Thursday. An unknown assailant approached, brandished a sharp object and inflicted a puncture wound to the victim’s left triceps. The victim was transported to Northwestern Memorial Hospital in fair condition. Police are investigating; arrest status unclear.
