Locarno: Rick Baker, Seven-Time Oscar Winner and Makeup Effects Artist, to Receive Vision Award

Seven-time Oscar winner and veteran makeup effects artist Rick Baker will receive the honorary Vision Award at this year's Locarno Film Festival. The presentation will take place on August 12 at the Piazza Grande. Baker is renowned for his transformative work on Hollywood classics, including An American Werewolf in London and The Nutty Professor. He is also celebrated for turning Jim Carrey into the Grinch and transforming Michael Jackson into a zombie for the Thriller music video.
