Honor walk for mother, daughter shooting victims; murder charges filed

The Jefferson County Prosecuting Attorney's Office amended charges against Robert Winkelman, adding two counts of first-degree murder and two counts of armed criminal action to the original first-degree assault charge. Separately, the murder trial of Luciano Frattolin continued on Tuesday. During the proceedings, multiple witnesses testified, including Kali Galanis, the mother of Melina Frattolin. Galanis appeared in the courtroom accompanied by several rows of family members as the legal process progressed.
