Hong Kong International Film Festival Society Appoints Fred Tsui As Executive Director

The Hong Kong International Film Festival Society has appointed Fred Tsui, the founder and CEO of Moebius Entertainment, as its new executive director. Starting September 23, Tsui succeeds Albert Lee in this role. He will report directly to HKIFFS chair Dr. Wilfred Wong and the board. In his new capacity, the veteran producer and sales agent will oversee the Hong Kong International Film Festival along with all of the society's various year-round activities and operations.
