Gunman opens fire at senior living facility in South L.A., wounding 3

A shooting occurred shortly before 11 a.m. PT on Monday in the lobby of the Progressive Home for the Elderly in South Los Angeles. According to LAPD Deputy Chief Marc Reina, three workers were wounded during the incident. Los Angeles police have confirmed that a gunman, who is identified as a fellow employee, is currently in custody. The victims were treated following the attack at the senior living facility located in the South L.A. area.
