Fixing a False “TypeScript Types Removed” Event in npmx

Two contributions were made to npmx, an open-source browser for the npm registry, during DEV's Summer Bug Smash powered by Sentry. PR #3102 addresses issue #2791, correcting a false event that incorrectly reported the removal of TypeScript types when declaration files remained. Additionally, issue #2978 was resolved to improve search relevance. Previously, when using Algolia, exact package-name matches did not always appear first in the results, a behavior that has now been corrected for developers.
