Federal court allows Jewish charter school to move forward in Oklahoma

A federal judge ruled that Oklahoma officials cannot exclude a Jewish school from the state charter school program. Separately, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit rejected a challenge by Anthropic regarding its designation as a supply chain risk. This 2-1 ruling allows the Pentagon to remove Claude models from its systems and prohibit the use of Anthropic products for Defense Department work following national security concerns raised by President Donald Trump and Pete Hegseth.
