The dog park-restaurant Woof Play Eat has closed its doors in Portland. This follows the recent closure of The Barkery Dog Bar, a similar business concept located in South Portland, which shut down in June. Despite these closures, South Portland continues to offer various dog-friendly businesses where owners can bring their pets. Local residents can still find approximately eight different locations in the South Portland area that welcome dogs after a walk.
