Coroner identifies man killed in hit and-run-crash while riding e-bike on Outer Loop

The Louisville Metro Police Department reported a fatal hit-and-run crash in the 2100 block of Outer Loop near Stinnett Lane and Grade Lane. A man riding an e-bike was struck by an unknown vehicle around 11:45 p.m. In a separate incident, a 21-year-old man is currently in critical condition following a hit-and-run crash that occurred earlier this morning on Sand Island Access Road. Authorities are investigating both incidents to identify the responsible drivers.
