Bay Area's mysterious marmots released back into wild

Recent wildlife releases have occurred in various regions. Athena's surviving owlet, which faced significant challenges during its first days of life, has been officially released back into the wild after several months. Simultaneously, two mountain-dwelling marmots that mysteriously appeared in San Francisco and Antioch were returned to their alpine habitat near Lake Tahoe. These marmots spent 18 days rehabilitating at Yggdrasil Urban Wildlife Rescue before the YUWR team successfully released them into the wilderness.
