‘Rock City’ Comedy From Janelle James & David Caspe In Works At Hulu

Hulu is developing a comedy series titled Rock City, created by Janelle James and David Caspe from Universal Television. The plot follows a woman returning to her Virgin Islands hometown after inheriting a local tourist trap from her estranged father, only to discover she received more than expected. James and Caspe, who previously collaborated on Showtime's Black Monday, serve as writers and executive producers for this project, bringing together talent from Abbott Elementary and Happy Endings.
